Mr. Liankuan Yang ¨C Chairman
Mr. Yang is the founder of Jin Ma Construction, Jin Ma Hotel and Jin Ma Real Estate. He has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 2007. Mr. Yang has extensive experience in business management and strong background in engineering. He has been recognized repeatedly as an ¡°Excellent Entrepreneur¡± by the National Ministry of Construction, the National Ministry of Agriculture and Regional Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Ms. Yang Yang - Director
Ms. Yang joined the Company in 2004 and now serves as the Vice President and Director of Gold Horse International, Inc. She obtained her MBA degree from Inner Mongolia University, and her bachelor¡¯s degree of International Business in Australia. Due to her extraordinary contribution, she was awarded as the ¡°Envoy of Tourism in Inner Mongolia¡± in 2006.

Mr. Mingguo Wang - Director (I) and Chairman of the Nominations Committee
Mr. Wang joined Jin Ma Real Estate as a director in 2005. Mr. Wang has more than 20 years working experience at Beijing Yong'an Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. since 1984, and acting as the department manager currently. During this period, he successfully extended his business to other fields such as real estate, investment, and stock market.

Mr. Wenbiao Wang - Director
Mr. Wang joined Jin Ma Group as early as in 1981, and now serves as the general manager of Gold Horse Real Estate & Development Co., and Director of Gold Horse International, Inc. With his abundance experience in real estate and construction industry, he has been the senior engineer and strategist at Jin Ma Group for over 20 years.

Mr. Guohui Song - Director (I) and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Song, who owns CPA certificate, brought over 50 years of accounting and corporate financial management to the company in 2010 and now acts as the Independent Director of BOD and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He served as the Deputy Director of the Hohhot Finance Bureau for 20 years since 1971 and Director of Hohhot Auditing Bureau for 10 years since 1990. Mr. Song currently serves as a consultant to the Inner Mongolia Tianjin accounting firm.
